My approach is holistic, considering the entire body, lifestyle, and mind to ensure comprehensive care.
Soft Tissue Techniques:
Massage Therapy: This involves various massage techniques to manipulate muscles, tendons, and ligaments. It helps reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote relaxation.
Myofascial Release: This technique targets the fascia, the connective tissue surrounding muscles. It involves applying gentle, sustained pressure to release tension and improve mobility.
Trigger Point Therapy: This focuses on identifying and releasing trigger points, which are tight areas within muscles that can cause pain in other parts of the body.
Soft Tissue Mobilisation: This involves manual manipulation of soft tissues to break down scar tissue, improve flexibility, and enhance overall function.
